"For years I have had my younger players use wood frames at times ... it reveals inefficient swing technique and it is fun to swing the pine for them to get an appreciation for those who played at a high level with that type of equipment," said tournament director Steve Clark, Director of Tennis at Peak Hayden. "Eric Seaman has a solid collection of wood frames as do I, so we bring some and those without them can use them. But most players have frames from when they played or the can be still purchased and strung these days."
