Celebrate New Years with the Coeur d'Alene Resort

Available to overnight guests only, this dazzling affair features a grand dinner buffet, live music, two fireworks shows and a hosted champagne toast at midnight.

Attendees should come outfitted in their finest formal and cocktail attire. Don't forget a warm jacket for viewing the fireworks.

The night's live music will be preformed by high-energy, 10-piece urban soul group Soul Proprietor. They will be playing the best of funk, blues, Motown, classic rock and R&B. Fans of the band love their rockin’ covers of Etta James, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Bruno Mars, Tracy Chapman, the Commodores, Anita Baker, Kool and the Gang, Wilson Pickett, Marvin Gaye, Doobie Brothers, Peter Gabriel, Seal, Sam and Dave, Huey Lewis and many more. When they mix in a few show-stopping hits from the legendary R&B horn bands Chicago, Earth Wind and Fire, Blood Sweat and Tears and Tower of Power, you have a show that pleases everyone.

A favorite on the Northwest festival circuit, Soul Proprietor features the outstanding lead vocals of Patrice Thompson-Rose and Jerry Lee Raines, a white-hot four-piece horn section and a superfunky rhythm section. With passion, these outstanding musicians share years of experience recording and touring throughout North America and Europe, including backing artists as diverse as Natalie Cole, Maynard Ferguson, Diana Krall, the Ojays, Joe Williams and the Temptations.
