Sharon Marie Stewart Swaney was born Oct. 8, 1939, to Ralph and Viola Stewart in Sedro Wooley Washington.
On Jan. 31, 2022, our mother, Sharon. has joined her husband, Ron, and daughter, Billie in heaven. She is survived by her three daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
Sharon is survived by her brother Leonard Stewart and his wife Linda. Her daughters Laura and husband Mike of Spokane Valley, Wash. Cheryl her husband Gerry of Spokane Valley, Wash., and Ronda and her husband John of Hayden, Idaho. Sharon had many grandchildren: Rebecca, Jennifer, Amber, Jammie, Rick, Carson, Gerald, Karissa, Jessica and Tara. Sharon had many great-grandchildren: Isaiah, Elijah, Kaleb, Zander, Chloe, Arianna, Mason, Olivia, Ivan, Keely, Luna, Kyah, Derrick, Dominic, Sloane, Sera and GG. Sharon had one great-great-grandchild: Willow.
Sharon lived in Rathdrum since the 60s then later moved to Hauser and recently moved to Hayden, Idaho.
Sharon will be missed dearly by her friends from CJ’s and of the Rathdrum, Idaho area. She was very social and loved by many. She loved cooking, watching "Jeopardy!" and playing bingo. Sharon was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and the VFW Auxiliary.
A potluck celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. on Feb. 26, at CJs in Rathdrum 14853 W. Highway 53.
