Annual Student Art Show kicks off today

The Pend Oreille Arts Council will host its annual Student Art Show will open Friday, Feb. 4, at the Columiba Bank Community Plaza, 231 N. Third Ave.

An artists’ reception will be held from 5-7 p.m. and the public is invited to come view the varied talents of the region’s high school students. Visitors will have the chance to meet student artists and purchase artwork.

Participating in this year’s show are the works of students from Forest Bird Charter School, and Sandpoint, Clark Fork, Bonners Ferry, Lake Pend Oreille high schools.
