With great sadness we share that on Jan. 2, 2022, Renee, our beloved wife, mom, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend and niece went to be with our Lord just two weeks after being diagnosed with cancer.

She was born March 10, 1964, in Santa Paula, Calif., to parents James and Vida Everett. As a toddler, she and her two older brothers, James and Jeffrey, along with her parents decided to make the move to North Idaho following Vida’s parents, Webb and Aline Murrell who settled here in 1961.

She grew up in Hayden, Idaho attending school there, junior and high school in Coeur d’Alene. After high school, Renee completed Beauty School and became a hair dresser working at various salons where she met best friend, Gwen Renninger, a manicurist, and they became a great team making their clients beautiful.

During this time, she welcomed the loves of her life, daughter McKenna Everett, and son J.R. Baldwin. She was a feisty girl who fiercely loved her family. That would include her beloved husband, Bill Heninger, who she married Aug. 10, 2002. They made their home in Rathdrum, Idaho, where she could be found daily taking care of her beloved horse, Dixie, and doggies Electra and JD who now sit on the back of the couch, watching down the driveway for Mom to come home.

Bill and Renee also raised many, many pigeons with the help of fellow bird lover and Cousin Tony.

When Renee wasn’t beautifying her clients and taking care of the farm, she enjoyed accompanying Bill on his many nights of playing in his band “Gravity”. She was also the person who kept communications with all members of our family.

Gone on before her are her parents, James and Vida Everett, Grandparents, Webb and Aline Murrell and Uncles Larry and Tony Murrell.

She leaves behind her husband, Bill Heninger, daughter McKenna and son J.R. (Brandy) and grandchildren Donovan, Shyanne, Jorden, and Ciera and stepchildren Bill Jr. (Karen), Riley (Stormy) and grandchildren Jace and Bailey. Also surviving are her brothers James Everett of Post Falls and Jeffrey Everett of West Virginia. Uncles Charles (Wanda), Floyd (Margie) and Don (Kathy) Murrell plus special friends Gwen Renninger of Rathdrum and Denise and Charley Murray of Point Pleasant, W.Va., and so many cousins are all missing Renee. We love you and miss you so much.

A GoFundMe has been set up in her name to help cover extensive medical expenses. There will be a celebration of life of which time and place are yet to be determined.
