Spring, summer, fall, winter - a logger's job is never done!

In reading from several family stories in a “History of Boundary County, Idaho, Vol. 1”, you will learn that Pat Lynch had a logging camp on Boundary Creek. It is unsure if this photo was taken there, however the truck door reads: "Lynch Contracting Company, Bonners Ferry, Idaho."

The history book says that Marvin Sturman worked for Pat in 1967; and Jack Foust drove a logging truck for him (years unknown). According to Fred Meddock's history, during the 1960s, Fred "worked for Pat or 'Big Thunder,' as he was affectionately known."

In the museum photo collection, this photo is labeled: "Logging in winter. Ronnie Maggi standing up top."
