Mary A. Lauder passed away peacefully on May 31, 2022, at Maplewood Assisted Living in Hayden, Idaho while she was surrounded by her loving family.

Mary was born on June 8, 1937, in Beulah, N.D., to George and Josephine (Morgan) Easton. She was the youngest of four children; Francis (half-brother), Alec and George.

Mary alongside Charles Mitchell raised five boys; Eugene (step-son), James, Michael, Victor and John as well as one girl; Susan. Mary has a large extended family that includes 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Mary Married Harry Lauder on Aug. 18, 1990 in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

They loved to travel and play golf together.

Mary is survived by her son James, son Victor (Sharon), son John (Arlene), and daughter Susan (William). Mary was preceded in death by her parents, George and Josephine (Morgan) Easton, her husband, Harry Lauder, half-brother Francis, brother Alec, brother George, son Michael, and grandchild Michael.

A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m., on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Yates Funeral Home in Hayden Idaho, with luncheon to follow. Flowers, donations and condolences can be sent to Yates Funeral Home located at 373 E. Hayden Ave, Hayden, Idaho 83835.
