The Music Conservatory of Coeur d'Alene is holding a one-of-a-kind concert at 7 tonight.

Students and teachers will together perform self-composed and other respected works.

Violin, notation and composition teacher Richard Altenbach will present his students — Shaina Lyford, Anya Hills and Evangeline Collette — from the spring 2022 “Create to Orchestrate” class with the compositions they have orchestrated. Conservatory faculty will perform the orchestrations. Altenbach's students' compositions are titled “Alive,” “Driven Insane” and “The Stages for Battle."

"Poème Op. 3 for Cello and Piano," by conservatory faculty Andrew Maurer, will be premiered during the concert.

New viola instructor Diana Clemons will play Bach's "Cello Suite No. 3 Prelude" and “Say Old Man, Can You Play the Fiddle?”

Admission ranges from $7.50 to $15.
