• Kenny Meligan, 50, of Wallace, was arrested and booked on a charge of a warrant of arrest felony.
• Preston Stevens, 23 of Springs, Ore., was arrested and booked on charges of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.
