WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT CONTRACTOR PRE-QUALIFICATION The City of Whitefish is accepting Pre-Qualifications from General Contractors interested in bidding on the Whitefish, MT Spokane Ave. Watermain Replacement Project. It is mandatory that all General Contractors who intend to submit bids for the project complete the Pre-Qualification package and be approved by The City of Whitefish. The project generally consists of municipal water system improvements along Spokane Avenue (Hwy 93) from 2nd Street to 13th Street in Whitefish, MT.
