The search continues for a woman who has been missing since Monday morning.

Janelle M. Burchfield was last seen around 7:30 a.m. Monday at the top of Fourth of July Pass.

Burchfield has brown hair and brown eyes. She’s five-foot-six and weighs about 130 pounds. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a red fleece jacket, blue jeans and tennis shoes.

She was last seen on foot near the recreation parking area at Fourth of July Pass.

Her cell phone has been powered off since shortly after she disappeared.

The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday that Burchfield’s boyfriend and family reported her missing. They reportedly searched for her prior to contacting law enforcement.

Foul play is not suspected, according to KCSO.
