A touring musician from North Carolina is making a stop at The Snake Pit in Enaville.

Bryan Bielanski, a musician from Charlotte, N.C., has toured since 2012, but this is his first tour since 2020 and the COVID-19 shutdown.

“I’m quite excited to be getting back to doing it,” Bielanski said.

Bielanski will tour the U.S. from coast to coast, performing in 25 states with his acoustic guitar. He will play songs from his new album, “Bryan’s Super Happy Fun Time II,” released in January.

Bielanski will also play songs from previous albums and covers from some of his favorite artists including the Beatles, Tom Petty and R.E.M. that inspired him to get into music.

Bielanski said he started playing music in the late ‘90s, starting off with a band but switching to solo performances for the last 10 years. He said it was a lot easier to just tour and perform by himself.

Coming from a musical family, Bielanski said some of his earliest memories were listening to his parents play their records.

“I’ve just been around music my whole life, mostly because of the influence of my parents,” Bielanski said. “The influence of my parents and getting swept up with the alternative rock movement of the ‘90s, those are the two things that really inspired my love of music and my love to just do music full time.”

The concert in Enaville is free for all ages, starting at 6 p.m. on April 25.
