Two injured in Grand Coulee collision

GRAND COULEE — Two women were injured and one may be facing charges of vehicular assault after a two-car, head-on collision early Sunday morning near the Grand Coulee city limits.

According to a press memo from the Washington State Patrol, Amy Glover, 39, Wilbur, was driving south on State Route 155 near milepost 26 when she crossed the centerline and ran head-on into a car driven by Malia Vogel, 26, Almira. The collision occurred at about 1 a.m.

Both women were transported by ambulance to Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee.

Charges of vehicular assault are pending against Glover, the WSP memo said, and a DUI charge is pending against Vogel.
