Dorman is strong advocate for personal property rights

While many property owners here in Bonner County will never have direct contact with our county assessor, it is important to note just how critical this office is, and why I am voting for Grant Dorman on May 17.

The county assessor is responsible for the fair and accurate appraisals of our property, as well as the day to day operational management of our Department of Motor Vehicles.

In order to do this job right, it takes a person with related education, private sector experience, and temperament, as well as a healthy respect for privacy, property, and people. Grant Dorman is that person.

With his advanced degrees in land surveying and business management, along with his private sector experience of owning and operating his own land surveying company, Grant possesses the skills necessary to do this job correctly. Grant is also a strong advocate of private property rights and treating the public with great respect.

As a family man, (married for 28 years with four children and one grandchild) a community volunteer, a land owner, Christian, conservative, life-long Republican, Grant is a man of high integrity and honesty.

Please join me in voting for Grant Dorman for Bonner County assessor. Your vote will count toward electing the best assessor Bonner County could ever have.
