Jazz at the JACC

The David Larson Quartet will perform with special guest Ken Peplowski at 4 p.m. June 4 at the Jacklin Arts and Cultural Center in Post Falls.

Peplowski is a jazz clarinetist and saxophonist. With more than 70 CDs as a soloist, and nearly 400 as a side man, some of the artists Peplowski has performed or recorded with include Charlie Byrd, Mel Torme, Rosemary Clooney, Erich Kunzel and the Cincinnati Pops, Hank Jones, Peggy Lee, Bill Charlap, Woody Allen, Benny Goodman and Madonna. Peplowski has headlined the Hollywood Bowl, Carnegie Hall, the Blue Note, Dizzy’s Club and more.

Larsen will play sax and clarinet, Danny McCollim will be on the piano, Josh Skinner will play bass and Brendan McMurphy will be on the drums.

Doors open at 3:30 p.m.

Admission is $25.
