COEUR d’ALENE — No ocean view. No mountain top. No famous neighbors.
But what this house does offer is ultra-cool comfort — everything you could want or need or ask for.
And it’s well worth the $3.29 million asking price, said Darren Miller, real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty, who has the listing.
He describes it as a maintenance-free, smart home.
“Literally, you can talk to it; it'll do whatever you want,” Miller said. “It comes fully furnished. Everything you see here stays here, including the golf cart, the paddleboards and the 200 bottles of wine."
The 3,100-square-foot home at 214 S. 21st St. in the Sanders Beach area comes with a seemingly endless array of features that promise to make living there luxurious and worry free.

Miller is working on several developments in the area, including on Sherman Avenue, that call for retail shops on the main level and living units above.
He noted that a major development by the Hagadone Corp. is coming to Coeur d’Alene Lake Drive near the entrance to The Coeur d’Alene Resort Golf Course.
It calls for three buildings for apartments, condos and hotel space that are designed to accommodate no more than 275 total units, each with stepped roofs.
“Everything is going to push this way,” he said.
He said Coeur d’Alene “is an amazing place,” that will continue to attract people.
“We're a destination,” he said.
