Devin Weeks is a third-generation North Idaho resident. She holds an associate degree in journalism from North Idaho College and a bachelor's in communication arts from Lewis-Clark State College Coeur d'Alene. Republican Elaine Price, Coeur d'Alene — 10,293 votes: 61.32%
Democrat Larry Bieber, Coeur d'Alene — 6,493 votes: 38.68%
DISTRICT 5 SEAT A
Republican Ron Mendive, Coeur d'Alene — 13,527 votes: 78.54%
Democrat Kristy Reed Johnson, Post Falls — 3,696 votes: 21.46%

Petals of radiant red, popping pink, vivid violet and pleasant peach were seen in the early Friday morning sunlight on the lawn of a home near Fernan Lake.
