Paula Jayne Wheeler, 76, passed into heaven and joined her husband, Floyd Wheeler, on Nov. 4, 2022.
Paula was born on Sept. 13, 1946, alongside her twin in Oil City, Pennsylvania.
Paula is survived by her two brothers, her three children and numerous grandchildren.
The family is grateful to know that Paula is finally at peace.
Services have already been held for the family.
