The Kalispell Planning Board on Tuesday will look at a request to add four lots to an already approved subdivision on Farm to Market Road.

Meadows Edge, LLC is requesting to update its plans for a 38-acre portion of the subdivision to include additional lots, bringing the total number in the development to 308.

The preliminary plat for the property was approved in 2021 and the property includes a planned unit development that allows for up to 322 residential lots and mixed-use commercial areas as part of the subdivision.

The planning board meets at 6 p.m. at City Hall, 201 First Ave. E in Kalispell.

The first two phases of the subdivision have already been developed with single-family residences and townhomes. The property is located on the west side of Kalispell, north of Three Mile Drive and west of Farm to Market Road.

The additional lots are proposed to be added to the phase on the north half of the overall development. In addition to adding the lots, the developer proposes splitting the phase into two parts.
