Another successful run in the Idaho 1A-DII division playoffs is lining up for the co-op St. Regis-Mullan 8-man football team after they thrashed Wallace 60-22 Friday night in Mullan.
The high-powered Tigers’ offensive attack amassed 307 total yards in the win that secured another North Star league regular season title for the combined school co-op.
And once again it was the Tigers’ all-everything quarterback, senior Caleb Ball, who led the offensive onslaught, throwing for one TD and rushing for three others.
The win propels St. Regis-Mullan to a first round playoff bye. They will take on the winner of this weekend’s Lewis County-Garden Valley first round game, to be played in Mullan the weekend of November 4-5.
In addition to Ball’s offensive output, four other Tigers scored touchdowns during the game.
The Tigers finished with 86 yards rushing and 221 passing in completing the rout.
