DRIVERLESS FLIVVER SURPRISES DANCERS

When a Ford with no one at the helm shimmied through the door and onto the floor of Jack Blake’s country dance hall across the river from Sandpoint, at Saturday night’s barn dance, it created a commotion among the dancers filling the floor. One young man was bumped so hard he was taken to the City hospital, but no bones were broken and he was able to walk. Others suffered minor contusions. No one admitted to owning the car. It is supposed some one headed the car for the door on the inclined approach and released the brakes. The Lizzie escaped without a scratch.
