Man found dead in West Canal

EPHRATA — Marijan Bosnar, 76, was found deceased in the West Canal near Road 11.7 Northwest in the Ephrata area, according to a statement from the Grant County Sheriff’s Office. There were no obvious signs of foul play, and an autopsy is planned.

It was not clear how or why Bosnar ended up in the canal, the GCSO wrote. His family has been informed of his passing.
