CHENEY—-- Badger Helene Rae won the shot put at the Van Kuren Invite against Washington and Idaho schools of all classifications on Saturday.

Rae won the shot put with a mark of 36–05.5, a new personal record.

Maggie Weaver took third in the high jump, maintaining her PR from the day before at 4–10.

Riley Petesch, took fourth in the triple jump at 40–00.5 and took sixth in the high jump at 5–08 and seventhat in the 110m hurdles at 16.68.

IML opponent Timberlake took first and second in the boys 110 m hurdles, with Caius Tebbe and finished at 15.46 and Wyat MacArthur at 15.86.

Boys 4X100 finished 19th at 48.04 and 4X200 relay team finished in 17th at 1:46.67.

In the field events, Ryland Meador took 19th in the shot put at 37–09.00, in discus Chandler Swanson took 28th at 98.04. In high jump, Riley Petesch finished sixth at 5–08 and in the triple jump finished fourth at 40-00.5.

In the pole vault, Gunnar Miller took 12th in and Aiden Jacobson took 14th, both with a mark of 10-00. Miller received a better place due to marking the mark in less attempts.

In the long jump Aiden Beggerly finished 8th at 19–02.5.

Makenna Baisden took seventh in the 200m at 28.23. Brenly Hymus placed 24th in the 400m at 1:10.72.

In the long distance races, Brooke Petesch took 11th in the 800m at 2:38.59. Sydney Beckle took 29th in the 1600m at 6:05.66 and 12th in the 3200m at 13:09.84.

In the 100m hurdles Mia Blackmore finished 17th at 18.89 and Lindsey Onstott took 18th at 18.92.

In the girls 4X200m relay, the Badgers finished 16th at 2:03.55.

In discus for the Badgers, Hallie Hartman took 8th at 92–09 and Helene Rae took 10th at 90–07.

Addy Heigel took 24th in the pole vault at 7–00.00, a new PR.
