James (Chip) E. Vineyard Jr. passed away at his home surrounded by loved ones on April 17th, 2023 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Darlington Funeral Home is handling all arrangements for the family. A celebration of life was held on April 22 at Darlington Funeral Home.
