Notice of CDBG Consolidated 5-Year Plan Public Hearing The City of Coeur d’Alene will hold a Public Hearing before the Mayor and City Council to present the 2023-2027 Consolidated Plan goals, proposed activities, estimated funding the City expects to receive, and the expected beneficiaries of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). This Consolidated Plan will guide the spending priorities for the City’s annual allocation of CDBG funds over the five-year period, issued from the Housing and Urban Development Agency (HUD). The Public Hearing encourages citizen input and will provide an opportunity for public comment. The Public Hearing has been scheduled for 6:00 p.m., August 15, 2023, at the Coeur d’Alene Library, 702 E. Front Avenue, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho 83814. HAYDEN LAKE SEWER DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors for the Hayden Lake Sewer District will hold a public hearing for consideration of the proposed budget for the fiscal period December 1, 2023 to November 30, 2024, pursuant to the provisions of Section 50-1002, Idaho Code. Included in this public hearing will be a proposed sewer rate increase from $67.00 per month to $77.00 per month for such operations, maintenance, treatment, and depreciation fees. The hearing will be held at the District office, 9393 N. Strahorn Rd., Hayden Lake, ID at 9:00 am on August 9, 2023. All interested persons are invited to appear and show cause if any, why said budget should not be adopted.
