MOSES LAKE — A shooting claimed one life and injured two other people in the Knolls Vista neighborhood of Moses Lake early Sunday morning.

Just before 4 a.m. on Sunday, there was a disturbance reported in the 800 block of Loop Road, according to Moses Lake Police Captain David Sands.

“At some point during the disturbance shots were fired,” Sands said. “Three people were hit by gunfire. Tragically, one of those did die as a result of those injuries.”

Police are investigating, Sands said. Anyone with any information, particularly video, is encouraged to contact the MLPD at 509-764-3887.
