Sandra Kay Ulvan, 67, went to the arms of her Lord Jesus Christ on July 21, 2023. There, she joined her mother and father in a wonderful reunion.

Sandy was the most loving Down syndrome girl, that brought nothing but joy to those she knew. She lived with her sister, Linda Isaacson, in Hayden, Idaho, for her last 18 years. Sandy was born to Herman and Emma Ulvan in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, on Feb. 21, 1956.

She loved going to Christ the King Lutheran Church to worship. Sandy also loved going with her sister to PEO meetings, ADK meetings, book club, Bible study and family dinners. She loved our neighbors, also. Actually, Sandy loved life.

Sandy is survived by three brothers, Jim, David and Gary; and her sister, Linda.
