Meet Dr. Heidi Walrath, an internationally known master energy worker, psychokinetic Inbodiment healer, motivational speaker, energy-based chiropractor and transformational coach.
Dr. Heidi is the creator of Inbodiment meditation where she teaches self-guided transformational healing tools that connect the senses to create a shift in multidimensional levels. In practice, Dr. Heidi guides and moves energy, assisting her clients in deeply profound healing by understanding and bringing about a release of the hidden energies that block them from manifesting the internal and external life they desire.
Her methods are deeply rooted in the quantum world, resonance, connectivity and human evolution, which melds together an opportunity for her clients to experience a totally unique approach to healing, where they feel seen, heard, witnessed, held, understood and touched in their hearts.
She is here to assist individuals to find the courage to dig deep and unearth the shadows, tangled by trauma and past stories, to create a path connecting them to their inner joy, possibility and the dream life their heart knows they are here to live. Info: drheidiwalrath.com
1) What is energy-based chiropractic and how is it different from traditional chiropractic?
Energy-based chiropractic combines a quantum version of chiropractic with my ability to interpret and move energy on a psychic level blended with my love of adjusting the extremities and athletic rehabilitative background. It is deeply influenced by bio geometric integration (BGI), a unique approach in chiropractic that brought a foundation to understand the physical and energetic aspects of the cause of disease and how healing allows us to move along our evolutionary path.
Traditional chiropractic focuses on clearing the interference in the nervous system whereas energy-based chiropractic takes the chiropractic experience into multidimensional and multi-sensory healing.
2) What exactly is intuitive coaching?
Intuitive coaching is like getting all the aspects of you to face in the direction of the dream you want to experience in this life. Bringing intuition into coaching allows my clients to work through their unseen, unspoken and hidden programs and get clear on what is true in their heart. This is where the magic happens that allows them to live more fully in their potential. Whether it’s about personal or professional transformation, I help my clients discover their authentic self. I teach them tools how to navigate their heart-driven path more effectively, while working through conscious and unconscious limiting beliefs.
3) What fulfillment do you feel when you help people open up and feel better through your healing craft?
I feel deep fulfillment that I am doing my part for humanity. I feel I am fulfilling my soul’s purpose in this lifetime to hold space for others to know themselves so we can live in a more authentic world.
4) What is something people would be surprised to know about you?
There’s probably a few things people would be surprised to know about me, because I tend to not “fit the mold.” I would say people tend to be surprised to hear that I grew up doing Thai boxing and still practice. I collect knives and have practiced throwing knives since I was a kid. I do home renovations and remodels, doing a lot of the work myself from tiling, demo, roofing, sheet rock, painting and whatever else is needed on the project. I’m currently working on improving my carpentry skills.
5) What is the one moment or lesson that guided you to where you are now and where do you plan to go from here?
What has guided me I would say for most of my life was knowing in my heart that there’s more to life than just existing and going through the motions to survive. I believe we came here to BE and FEEL ALIVE. I’m not talking about adrenaline rushes. I’m talking about day-to-day existence of feeling the fullest awakened self, feeling the magic of the universe expressed within us and to experience deep inner freedom to be in the frequency of love. At 20 years old, I began diving into self-discovering and my self-healing path. After 23 years, I can say that I have broken free of the collective program and I’m on a mission to awaken that aliveness within people across the world.

It's got a groove. It's got a meaning. "Grease" is the way a crew of talented teenyboppers were feeling 28 years ago this summer when they brought the popular musical to the Lake City Playhouse stage. "When I was in 'Grease' is when I fell in love with the playhouse," Lake City Playhouse Artistic Director Brooke Wood said Wednesday.
