ALL-IDAHO FOOTBALL: Post Falls' Bowie, three Vikings among first-team in 5A

Post Falls senior tight end Asher Bowie, along with Coeur d'Alene seniors Bryson Muckenthaler, Camden DeGraw and Shea Robertson were named to the 5A first team as the All-Idaho Football teams in all six classifications were announced Wednesday by The Idaho Statesman newspaper of Boise.

Bowie, an Eastern Washington commit, had 43 receptions for 529 yards and six touchdowns for the Trojans.

Muckenthaler helped lead the Vikings to a runner-up finish as both a guard and tackle in 2023.

DeGraw, a Washington State commit, had 42 tackles, seven for loss this season.

Robertson led the classification with 173 tackles, 26 for loss this season. Robertson will continue his playing career at Eastern Washington next fall.

Named to the 5A second team were Post Falls senior running back Tevin Burns, Coeur d'Alene senior offensive lineman Jon Ellison, Coeur d'Alene senior defensive lineman Aaron Ivankovich, Coeur d'Alene junior linebacker Jayson Cady, Post Falls senior linebacker Cooper Craig and Coeur d'Alene senior defensive back Nolan Christ.

4A: Lakeland senior kicker Owen Forsman was selected to the first team for the second straight year. The Idaho bound Hawk made 26 of 27 extra point attempts, with 25 touchbacks.

Sandpoint had four seniors — running back Kody Brewster, wide receiver Max Frank, defensive lineman Khryin Riddle and defensive back Eli Allshouse — selected to the second team.

3A: Timberlake senior Cooper Lenz was a first team selection at defensive back, as well as a second team pick at running back. Timberlake senior wide receiver Jacob Yetter and junior offensive lineman Jeremy Hurlbert were second team selections.

2A: St. Maries senior running back Trey Gibson was a first team pick, finishing with 1,676 yards and 17 touchdowns.

1A Division II: Mullan-St. Regis senior punter John Pruitt was named to the second team.

Coaches statewide vote on the all-state teams; the Statesman compiles the results.
