DePoe Junction, located on Kari Lane in Polson, was burglarized shortly after midnight early Christmas morning. Thieves apparently used the truck they were driving to rip the front doors off the business, and grabbed guns from the counter area.
A Polson Police officer responded to the burglary. The pickup used in the incident was discovered in Pablo, and had been reported as stolen.
According to Polson Police Chief George Simpson, several guns were recovered from the vehicle. He said the investigation of the burglary is ongoing.
