Cash prizes offered in casino jingle contest

The Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel is offering $5,000 in prize money to find its next marketing jingle.
Northwest musicians, songwriters and those with a creative bent of any musical style are invited to participate in the contest to create the new musical ditty for the Coeur d’Alene Casino. Submissions must include and end with these lyrics: “Winning is just the beginning at the Coeur d’Alene Casino!”
Contestants must submit an MPG3 or an MPG4 file of 30 to 120 seconds by March 16. Visit cdacasino.com/jingle for entry instructions and contest rules.
“At Coeur d’Alene Casino, we love to engage the community and share rewards with people,” Coeur d'Alene Casino marketing director Yvette Matt said in a news release. “Our jingle contest is a fun way to inspire music creators to be innovative and original. We’re excited to hear the jingle entries from interested artists."
The person who wins the top prize will earn $3,000. Winners will be announced at 5 p.m. March 31 at the casino, 37914 S. Nukwalqw St., Worley.
