The Rusty Jackson Band and the Midnight Juliets will perform the history of country music across 30 songs, starting with the Carter Family and spanning five decades, at 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, at Lake City Center.

Country and hillbilly music was the soundtrack for Rusty Jackson's young life and the stories behind it all were the subtext. The music history show brings the stories and the songs together for a night of infotainment, written and produced by Jackson.

Chrissy Summering joins Jackson with special guest Tom Richards, and band members Ben Vogel, Brad Jeanes, Duane Becker, Harry Batty and Suzaan Botha. The entire crew brings authenticity and energy to classic country hits.

Attend to hear about the country beginnings in Bristol, Tenn., the Opry, Western Swing, Honky Tonk, the Nashville sound, Bakersfield, Outlaws, In-laws and more.

People are encouraged to show up in their best hillbilly hat and pair of overalls.

Tickets are available online at rusty-jackson.com and cost between $22-44.
