Jaine Roberts Springer of Mercer Island died peacefully Feb. 7,2023. Born April 15, 1927, to parents Clive E. and Flossie M. Roberts (nee Miller) of Colfax, Wash.
Jaine graduated from Colfax High School and Mills College. She was a member of AAUW, the Spokane Club, Hayden Lake Country Club, Emmanuel Episcopal Church and the Women's University Club of Seattle, where she was the chair of the Book Club for many years.
Jaine is survived by her seven children, J. Scott Deasy (Kathy), Kay Deasy (Len Sorrin), Craig Deasy (Karol), Beth Rohlfing (Jim), Sara Graham (Bret), Annie Springer and Clive Springer (Diana); 13 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
