Vandal Boosters to meet Thursday at Coeur d'Alene Resort

COEUR d'ALENE — Former University of Idaho head volleyball coach Debbie Buchanan is the guest speaker for Thursday's Kootenai County Vandal Boosters meeting, scheduled for 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Coeur d'Alene Resort, in Boardroom 6 on the seventh floor.

Kaye, Behler honored by National Sports Media Association

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Jordan Kaye of the Idaho Press newspaper of Nampa was named the Idaho Sportswriter of the Year by the National Sports Media Association, NSMA executive director Dave Goren announced Monday.

Bob Behler, play-by-play voice of Boise State football and men's basketball, was named the Idaho Sportscaster of the Year for the sixth time.

They will be recognized during the organization’s 63rd awards weekend and national convention, scheduled for June 24-26, 2023 in Winston-Salem, N.C.
