Nathan Edward Farrell, 39
Coeur d'Alene Press | UPDATED 3 years, 7 months AGO
Beloved husband, son, father, brother, uncle and friend Nathan Edward Farrell passed into the presence of the Lord on Dec. 9, 2022, in Pace, Fla., at the age of 39.
Nathan was born Nov. 15, 1983, in Anchorage, Alaska. He was the owner of Cloud Nine Beach Service in Destin, Fla., where he was known and loved by many. Nathan loved the ocean and he decided at the young age of 10 that he would live near the Gulf Coast. Nathan worked his way up in the beach service business from setting up chairs to eventually owning his own beach service.
Nathan lived a life filled with adventure. He mastered just about everything he could do on a board: snowboarding, longboarding, skateboarding and surfing. He also sought adventure through travel that included trips to Mexico, Sri Lanka and Russia. When he wasn’t working or chasing adventures, he spent time playing his guitar and writing and singing his own songs.
Nathan loved his family and could often be found playing with and entertaining both his own children and his nieces and nephews. He had a way of transforming ordinary, everyday moments into fun-filled memories.
Nathan is survived by his wife, Alina, his children, Story and Rio, and a large immediate and extended family who all loved him very much.
As a remembrance of Nathan, there will be a celebration of life Saturday, Jan. 21, 2023, from noon to 2:15 at the North Campus Real Life, 30447 N. Rough Stock Road, Athol, ID 83801.
