Wood, a freshman from Post Falls High, finished 15th in the U20 Women’s 6K at the USATF Cross Country Championships on Saturday at Pole Green Park in Richmond, Va. Wood finished in 21 minutes, 41.4 seconds.
Carter Gordon
Lewis-Clark State track and field
Gordon, a sophomore from Lake City High, finished the 600-meter run in 1 minute, 21.48 seconds at last weekend’s Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open at the Kibbie Dome in Moscow.
Abigail Peightal
Lewis-Clark track and field
Peightal, a senior from Timberlake High, ran a personal best in 10:51.33, finishing second in the 3,000-meter run last weekend in Moscow.
