"Thinking Theologically" will be the topic of an upcoming talk at Lifetree Cafe.

The talk will be held Monday, Jan. 30, at 2 p.m.

While family, education, social class and geography all contribute to how people think about God, their experiences and perceptions along life’s journey also shape their thinking. Being comfortable with ambiguity, metaphor and uncertainty help them get the divine “out of the box” and rethink theological ideas that have become barriers to their further spiritual growth.

Admission to the 60-minute event is free. Lifetree Café meets at Jalapeño's Mexican Restaurant, 314 N. Second Ave., Sandpoint.

Lifetree Café is a place where people gather for conversation about life and faith in a casual, comfortable setting. Questions about Lifetree may be directed to Stan at 208-304-6465 or stan@followcommunity.org.
