Youth Cal Ripken and Babe Ruth baseball teams from across the Basin will be competing at state tournaments this weekend, including two local teams playing in Moses Lake.

Friday, July 7
Babe Ruth North Washington 13/14U State Tournament - includes 14U Moses Lake and 13U Columbia Basin River Dogs. Games played at Larson Playfield and Lauzier Park in Moses Lake.
Cal Ripken North Washington 9U and 10U State Tournaments - includes 9U Moses Lake, 10U Moses Lake Maroon, 10U Moses Lake Gold, 10U Ephrata. Games played at Morris Park in Wenatchee.
Cal Ripken North Washington 11U and 12U State Tournaments - includes 11U Moses Lake, 11U Ephrata, 12U Moses Lake and 12U Ephrata. Games played at Eastmont Community Park in East Wenatchee.
Moses Lake BMX Local Race Single - registration begins at 6 p.m., races begin at 7 p.m. Hosted at 610 Yakima Ave in Moses Lake.
Seattle Mariners at Houston Astros - 5:10 p.m.
18U Columbia Basin River Dogs vs Pullman, Farmers - 5 p.m. at Ephrata High School.
Saturday, July 8

MLB Home Run Derby - played at T-Mobile Park in Seattle. Mariners center fielder Julio Rodriguez will face off against New York’s Pete Alonso in the first round.

MLB All-Star Game - played at T-Mobile Park in Seattle.
Seattle Storm at Washington Mystics - 4 p.m.
