Little League postseason play continues
The postseason continues for five local Little League all-star baseball teams.
Here’s the rundown:
LITTLE LEAGUE (12U)
Coeur d’Alene 12U plays North Boise in a best-of-3 series for the state title at Hillside Park in Boise. Game 1 is tonight at 6 p.m. PDT. Game 2 is Saturday at noon PDT, and Game 3, if necessary, is Sunday at noon PDT.
The winner advances to the Northwest Regional Aug. 5-10 in San Bernardino, Calif.
11U
Post Falls plays West Valley in a best-of-3 series for the state title at Hillside Park in Boise. Game 1 is today at 3 p.m. PDT. Game 2 is Saturday at 9 a.m. PDT, and Game 3, if necessary, is Sunday at 9 a.m. PDT.
SENIOR LITTLE LEAGUE
Post Falls plays Oakland today at 4 p.m. in its first game of the West Regional in Oakland, Calif.
JUNIORS
Coeur d’Alene plays at the West Regional Aug. 2-10 in Bend, Ore.
INTERMEDIATE (50/70)
Post Falls lost to Nogales, Ariz., 11-5 on Thursday in its first game at the West Regional in Nogales, Ariz. Post Falls plays Saturday vs. Alaska at 11 a.m.
Big Sky Hall of Fame and Football Kickoff Weekend streaming schedule released
FARMINGTON, Utah — From Saturday through Monday, the Big Sky Conference will be taking over the Northern Quest Resort & Casino in Airway Heights, Wash., for its annual Football Kickoff Weekend and Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, with both events available to be watched on a variety of platforms.
Both the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Big Sky Football Kickoff Live Show will be streaming on ESPN+.
The Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will begin at 7 p.m. PDT on Sunday and the Big Sky Football Kickoff Live Show will start at 9 a.m. PDT on Monday.
Additionally, SWX will also have a live presence on Monday morning at the Big Sky Football Kickoff.
Here is the lineup for the Big Sky’s ESPN+ programming on Monday starting at 9 a.m. PDT. Each team will be represented by the head coach and two players.

Circling Raven tourney passes on sale
WORLEY — Spectator passes are on sale for the 2023 Circling Raven Championship.
The third annual “Road to the LPGA” Epson Tour event is in late August at Circling Raven Golf Club.
Single-day passes are $10, or a pass for the whole week is $40.
Tickets are available for the two days of pro-ams — Wednesday, Aug. 23 at noon and Thursday, Aug. 24 at 10 a.m.
For each of the three rounds — Friday through Sunday, Aug. 25-27 — tee times begin at 7 a.m.
