On June 12, 2023, Marjorie "Marge" Mary Wilson of Post Falls peacefully passed away at Hospice in Hayden Lake. She was surrounded by her husband, four children, grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Marge, the youngest of two girls, was born Aug. 5, 1935, in Havre, Mont., to Ralph and Mary Boyd. After a divorce, they moved to Kalispell, Mont., with their mother, who had taken a teaching position there.

Marge met George Wilson just after graduating from high school in 1954, when he was home on leave from the Air Force. They later married on New Year's Eve 1954. They were married for almost 69 years. They went on to have five children, Debbie, Richard Dean, Cherie, Randy and Paula. Their life is marked by a loving family, 13 grandkids and many greats who will miss her greatly.

We will be celebrating her life Aug. 5, at 1 p.m. at Lifeway Chapel, 501 W. 15th Ave., Post Falls, Idaho.
