Clark A. Campbell, beloved husband, father, son, brother, friend and educator, was born Feb. 25, 1961, to Don and Vee Campbell in Billings, Mont. On July 18, 2023, he passed away in Spokane, Wash.

Growing up in Helena, Mont., Clark developed a passion for learning and helping others. He pursued his academic journey at Montana State University and Whitworth University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Education. Clark's dedication to guiding and supporting others led him to obtain a master's degree in counseling from Eastern Washington University.

On Aug. 22, 1992, Clark tied the knot with the love of his life, Sherry Brown, in Spokane, beginning a journey of love, joy and shared adventures. Together, they raised two wonderful daughters, Kaleigh and Kendra, who brought immense pride and joy to his life.

For over 30 years, Clark served as an elementary physical education teacher in the Coeur d'Alene School District, touching the lives of countless students and leaving a lasting impact. His teaching philosophy was simple, yet profound: "If you had fun, you won." Clark's quirky personality and gentle spirit made him approachable, and his infectious smile became his trademark.

Outside the classroom, Clark enjoyed various hobbies and interests, including mountain biking, snow skiing, water skiing and camping with his family. His adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors brought joy and togetherness to those around him.

A strong Christian, Clark found solace and strength in his faith, guiding him to be a source of comfort and compassion for those in need. He was a loving and caring presence to his family and friends, always easy to tease and easy to please.

Clark is survived by his wife, Sherry (Brown) Campbell, and their daughters, Kaleigh (husband Mathew) and Kendra (boyfriend Jason). He leaves behind two sisters, Susan Corbett (husband Dean) and Donna Campbell (boyfriend Jeff), and in-laws on his wife’s side George (wife Penny), Jim (wife Lisa), Kim (wife Katy) and Raeann. Nephews Travis, Skyler, Bryan, Drew, Ryan and Tyler. Nieces Julie, Amanda, Ronnie, Maddie, Erica, Allie and Janae. He also leaves behind his beloved father, Don.
