Pamela Kenny Granger grew up near Columbus, Ohio, with her siblings, Mike and Heather Kenny. She attended Bishop Waterson High School and after graduating, spent one year at Ohio State University. She moved with her parents to New Mexico and then joined her sister in California. She met Bob Granger there and they were married in 1968. They had two children, Tim and Shannon, and moved to Idaho in 1978.

Pam was an EMT on the Rathdrum ambulance for 10 years. She coached girls softball and worked at Alpha Health Services with developmentally delayed children for 10 years. Throughout her time in Idaho, she was an active member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. When her husband, Bob, joined the U.S. State Department, Pam resided with him in Moscow, Russia and Frankfurt, Germany.

She enjoyed retired life until she passed away Saturday, May 27, in her home surrounded by family.

She is survived by her husband, Bob Granger, son Tim Granger, daughter-in-law Brandi Granger, daughter Shannon Peele, son-in-law Theodore Peele, grandson Samuel Granger and granddaughter Sophia Granger.

The celebration of life will be June 17 from 1 to 4 at the Post Falls American Legion building. The family asks that any donations be made in her honor to Hospice of North Idaho.

Memories and condolences may be left on her online memorial at www.englishfuneralchapel.com.
