Deputies assisted Ponderay Police Department with an accident on Highway 200 near U.S. 95 at 1:58 p.m.

A report of a suspicious in the 33000 block of Highway 200 at 3:04 p.m.

Deputy seized marijuana and paraphernalia for destruction during a traffic stop in the 2000 block of Dufort Road in Sagle at 4:03 p.m.

Joshua Forney, 35, of California, was arrested in the 477000 block of Highway 95 on charges of felony possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 6:05 p.m.

Dagon Rohrich, 26, was arrested on Schweitzer Mountain Road at 8:46 p.m. on a charge of battery.
