Candace 'Candy' Lee Cory, 63

Candace (Candy) Lee Cory, 63, passed away June 11, 2023, at North Idaho Hospice Schneidmiller House.

Born on May 11, 1960, in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, to Ken and Marge Carlson.

She loved growing up with her younger brother, Doug, in Lake City.

“Aunt Candy” was fun and loving to Chris and Kevin Waldram, Kerry and Karl Mills and Abra and Sophia Carlson. Their children made her a great-aunt.

Candy worked hard and was a “favorite” waitress, bartender or hostess to her many customers.

After she married TJ, his two daughters and families were an extension of her love.

Candy was preceded in death by her husband, TJ, (the love of her life), sister Rosalind “Roz” Waldram and parents Ken and Marge.

Surviving her are her brother, Doug (Rachel) Carlson, sister Shannon (Jeff) Mills, nieces, nephews and TJ's daughters and families.

Thank you to Kootenai Health and North Idaho Hospice for making Candy comfortable at the end.

Upon her wishes, the family will have a private memorial.
