Rutheford, a redshirt junior from Coeur d'Alene Charter Academy who played baseball at Post Falls High, was named an honorable mention to the All-West Coast Conference academic team, the school announced. Rutherford, a human physiology major, holds a 3.4 grade point average.

Kyle Manzardo

Durham Bulls

Manzardo, a first baseman from Lake City High and Washington State, had a two-run single to tie Wednesday’s game against Syracuse for the Bulls, a Triple-A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays. Manzardo is batting .261 with 10 home runs and 34 RBIs. He has also scored 28 runs.
