MOSES LAKE – Kip and Ilene Burns, flanked by their partner John Overton, left, and their granddaughter Saylor Blodgett, cut the ribbon in front of the B and B Doors trailer and the Blinds for any Budget van at the Moses Lake Chamber of Commerce office Wednesday.
