Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Jacklin Real Estate recently hosted its Second Annual Awards Night at the Eagles in downtown Coeur d’Alene, honoring agents who reached Berkshire Hathaway HomesServices Real Estate production achievement tiers.

The night’s highest honorees included Duane Oliver and Wade Jacklin, each earning the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chairman’s Circle Platinum award. Duane Oliver was recognized for Top Volume for 2022 and Megan Mongeau received honors for Top Units sold. Other Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices tier-level awards winners were for President’s Circle, Paige Pierce and Cass Mummey. The Leading Edge Society recipients were Donnie Murrell and Megan Mongeau. The Chairman’s Circle awards were achieved by Greg Amell, Robert Quezada and Erika Solberg.

On the Team Awards side of the event, Rob and Jess Crump were recognized as the No. 1 team in both volume and units sold, reaching the Berkshire Hathaway HomesServices Leading Edge Society.

“Even in a challenging market … talk to Rob and Jess. They know how to get it done for their clients,” said Wade Jacklin. “They are already well on their way to even greater achievements for 2023.”

AJ Bennett received the Rookie of the Year Award for his real estate sales production and efforts within the industry in his first full year of being a full-time real estate professional.

The Humanitarian Award was given to Jenn Hart for her involvement with several local and national organizations, Handwritten Hope, Wreaths Across America, American Legion, local veterans groups, care packages for the troops and Real Life Church.

“They say it takes a village, but they don’t always tell you where your village comes from. So, sometimes you have to go out and make your own village,” said Hart, when accepting the award. “Get involved, give back … each of you has the power to make a change or impact in our community.”

Greg Amell was awarded the Loyalty Award and was specifically recognized for the addition of several top local real estate agents to the company.

Both Wade Jacklin and Nicole Jacklin included remarks about their gratitude for their agents’ and clients’ trust and efforts on behalf of the firm.
