SPOKANE — Several North Idaho players dot the Region rosters for tonight’s inaugural Spokesman-Review High School Basketball Showcase at Lewis and Clark High.

The Jack Blair Memorial Girls All-Star Game is scheduled for 5:15 p.m.

The Denny Humphrey Memorial Boys All-Star Game is set for 7 p.m.

The Metro teams consist of players from the Greater Spokane League.

The Region squads include players from North Idaho and elsewhere in eastern Washington.

The Region boys team includes Blake Buchanan and Kolton Mitchell from Lake City, and Alexander Nipp of Coeur d’Alene.

The Region girls team includes Madi Symons and Teagan Colvin of Coeur d’Alene, Capri Sims of Post Falls and Avery Waddington of Lake City. Former Post Falls girls coach Marc Allert is the coach.

Mullan all-star basketball games canceled

MULLAN — The District 1 all-star high school boys and girls basketball games, originally postponed last Friday due to snow, have now been canceled, organizers said.
