After a report of suspicious circumstances in the 500 block of Fifth Avenue, officers contacted a male at 9:53 p.m. and advised he was fine.
Mark T. Lay, 35, of Bonners Ferry, was cited on U.S. 95 in the city at 10:15 p.m. on charges of marijuana and paraphernalia.

Report of a possible family offense in the 500 block of Larkspur Street at 1:19 p.m.
Report of a 911 hang-up in the 476900 block of U.S. 95 at 2:02 p.m.
Keegan M. Kirkpatrick, 30, of Sandpoint, was cited in the the 476000 block of Highway 95 at 3:35 p.m. on a misdemeanor charge of driving without privileges.
Jared T. Leighliter, 37, of Sandpoint was arrested on U.S. 95 at 10:04 p.m. on a misdemeanor probation violation warrant and on charges of felony possession of controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, and providing false information to law enforcement.
