The Flathead County Planning Board on Wednesday will consider a request for a subdivision near McGregor Lake west of Marion.
The proposal looks to create 13 residential lots and common areas on about 75 acres accessed off of Lost Prairie Road. Tri-Ventures LLC is requesting approval of the subdivision, known as McGregor Ridge, for the unzoned and undeveloped property.
The county Planning Board meets at 6 p.m. in the South Campus Building at 40 11th St. W. in Kalispell. Recommendations from the board regarding the requests are forwarded to the Flathead County commissioners for final consideration.
For the McGregor Ridge subdivision, the developer is proposing lots ranging from 3.44 acres to 5.48 acres in size. The lots would be served by individual water and septic systems.
The development would be served by a new internal subdivision road and from Liberty Lane, a private road, via Lost Prairie Road. The subdivision would include 10 acres of open space.
